Saw this plane on TV working the Santa Rosa fires
Been flying from McClellan Air Park in Sacramento fighting Santa Rosa/Napa area fires
20,000 gals of h2o or fire retardant. (And 20,000 lbs of jetA.)
Awesome pic! It's great to see the queen of the skies being used to help so many in firefighting. She's beautiful!

So glad to see them use this bird. It's a damn shame our govt. claims they don't have the funds for them. These fires are going to cost $4 billion or more. Maybe the insurance carriers will find funds for them now!
