Russia and China establish JV to design new widebody aircraft

Russia and China have signed an agreement establishing a joint venture (JV) to design and develop new widebody aircraft during Russian president Vladimir Putin’s visit to China June 25. The agreement stipulates the joint design, manufacture, marketing and after-sale support of new aircraft. Yep, the masters of reproduction! Don't you wonder, if those were the standard landings, how it stayed together 6,7,8 years for you to fly in it? Boeing.

I meant no criticism of the Chinese. When I first took flying lessons in an Aeronca Champ, you wouldn't believe the hard landings I made. The softest landing? It was on a Sudan Airways Boeing 707 from Khartoum to Jeddah, 1985. I never felt the plane hit the runway.
