Beautiful! Surely this Coast Guard C-130 isn't 'buzzing the beach' - that would be illegal. Actually he's looking for sharks!!
Surfing by the sea. Beautiful and reassuring. This is done well in Portugal.
David does not say where this was taken, but that looks like a Caribbean interdiction run.
Probably the Outer Banks back when the USCG first got the "J" models in Elizabeth City N.C.
