That is not a Piper Cheyenne, PA42. It looks more like a Twin Beech and a pretty awesome one at that.

Definitely a Beech 18.
Looks like you can train on it, as well as a P-23 Nomad on floats at their seaplane operation.

This is indeed NOT a Piper Cheyenne, it is a Beech 3NM or Beech 18 built in 1953, based in Nanaimo British Columbia. Great Shot!
