USAF VIP Transport VC-9C 73-1682 about to Touch Down on Runway 31 at KLGA on a very windy March 27. 2007. Originally assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing at Andrews and once often operating as Air Force 2 regulated to less prestigious government VIP duties in later years.
