We had absolutely perfect spotting conditions yesterday. We had a wonderful five hours. The only "negative" was when an Allegiant MD arrived. We were stunned to see that there were huge areas of paint missing from the top of the fuselage along the entire length. I had hoped to be able to post pics of an AAY Mad Dog taken from here, but the one we caught is simply not presentable, and I certainly would not be doing Allegiant any favor by posting it on a public site. Hopefully I'll get one on my next trip to this location.

Nice, when I lived below the hill from which you shot these, the kids and I used to hike up to the Summit and laugh about how "on par" we were with the planes (pre 9/11). Great shot, brings back many great memories hiking on rattlesnake hill (no not it's topographical name, just what the locals called it.
