That's an impressive size difference. And you're right, a 747 would be even more impressive! Nice catch, Gary!
TYVM, Greg. Word is that until the project to repour & reinforce 16R-34L wraps up for the season, we won't be seeing any 747s. 16L-34R is only 9000 feet and a fully loaded 47 cuts it somewhat close when trying to take off on it in our thinner air. But with winter coming, the work on 16R-34L should be suspended soon until next spring when it will be closed again and the final work done on it.
