Question to someone who would actually know: are those last two windows engineered differently or is that a paint highlight designed by a brilliant artist?

Looks like a paint outline to me. All windows should be the same.

The windows in question are highlighted in a different color because they are also emergency exits. The highlight is to help responders identify the opening exits.
