Boeing C-97 Stratofreighter (N97GX)
A view of the newly assembled KC-97G, N97GX, s/n 52-2604, cn 16635, at the IX Center in Cleveland, OH, USA, on 11 Dec 2017. The KC-97 arrived last June from AMARC in Tucson, AZ, and has been under restoration since. I stood on the side rails of a pick-up truck to get this shot. It’s nice to see the Ohio Air Guard markings on her. This airframe has an extensive history.

Hope someone notices the open latch on the upper rear cover on the #3 engine...
It is great to see these older birds getting new life after a long service period and and extended rest in the bone yard.
