Operators question Air NZ drone claim

This appears to be as much hooey as laser reports

Well i don't think no harm came to the A320 anz aircraft but this is what happens when people invent little machines for spying or researching for company use over areas where there are flight paths.

Going to find this more and more when a pilot get a fleeting look at an object then just calls it a drone. There are valid reports of them around fires and such. One that didn't get reported was a drone filming a fire just off the final for the runway there. It was over three hundred feet looking at the video taken.
