What on earth has this got to do with aviation?
Well worth the read wherever you find it and a strong corollary to the same sort of tech. hardware, software and operator failures in modern day aviation. Wake up birdies, they were floatin before we were flyin and a hell of a lot of their history was our gift to not have to totally reinvent, like navigation. So, thanks DC for the squawk and another source to bookmark. And a merry and happy whatever to all.
