Improved security needed 'now' for commercial flight comm/control!

Hijacking or pilot suicide is becoming more apparent in the Malaysian 777 (MH370) incident. There is an immediate need to implement improved cockpit security. I'm no ATP, but if I don't want to be tracked or recorded, I simply disable transponder, stay off radio, pull breakers on CVR/FDR, and disable other data links.
