F-16 Crashes at Sioux Falls Regional

Excursion it might have been, but when structural damage beyond the landing gear occurs, I would Classify it as a crash. As of 1600 local time Thursday, the aircraft was still where it ended up and Runway 15/33 at FSD was secured for Flight Operations during the investigation
