With UA stepping up long haul services across the Pacific & Atlantic, UA needs to step up the onboard experience.
The catering product and its service needs a complete revamp along with attitude adjustments to the much of the cabin staff.
Banish the Zatar Chicken and the mystery soggy vegetables to a big gray Rubbermaid trash can.
Not sure what can be done with cabin staff needing attitude adjustments as cabin staff have collective bargaining protections. If only the uninspired cabin staff realized they are alienating UA customers.

UA is close to loosing this 2MM + 1K passenger to DL.
