New 3-3-3 seating in coach is not as nice as the old Airbus 2-4-2, but they gotta cram those seats in somewhere I suppose. The 787 cabin experience overall seems much nicer to me however (lower cabin altitude, seat comfort, cabin storage, lighting, etc), I’d pay a premium for it. I commuted SFO-OGG every week for a couple years on the ‘bus, HAL does a nice job; cant wait to fly there in the new airplane.
