From the article we now know that:
"NTSB said it found evidence of chafed wires, which caused a short circuit that appears to have triggered the issue."
That said, perhaps before posting, a bit more understanding of both 737 Max and E-Series issues is in order.
I believe when the MAX returns, it will be the most reworked, tested, retested, heavily scrutinized aircraft in history.
PLUS-> Boeing cannot afford to screw it up again, it would be certain death for the company.
Of the post I've seen, 50%-52% of those surveyed said they would ride on the MAX.
This is far better than what I thought the results might have been.
As alluded to in my other post, I believe Boeing may now have this aircraft to where it should have been in the first place.
Management has not given their sales people much to work with except to promise they now have a better product.
On the plus side, you can offer the most heavily scrutinized, re-worked, re-tested, re-certified aircraft in aviation.
Time will tell.
IF the computer software has been fixed properly and the dual inputs to the computers are properly installed, I believe we will have an aircraft that will serve for years to come.
I also believe the MAX will be the most scrutinized, tested and (re)certified aircraft flying.
I notice on Pilatus website that the PC-12NGX seating is up to 10+1.
I do not know the model of the accident aircraft.

Praying for a speedy recovery for the survivors, and the deceased may rest in peace.
