They are blood sucking leaches. I am a loyal two million miler who does not travel much anymore, but why should I continue to fly Delta? Hello Southwest. They are making the new seats in airplanes smaller and before long everyone will be standing up on the plane to get more passenger on the plane. Every change Delta makes is detrimental to 95% of the passengers.

To all of you that commented, particularly the customer service agents, I want to thank you and all the customer service agents for the service you provide. I have flown over 2,000,000 miles, mostly on Delta. I have sworn at customer service agents before, which was uncalled for. I realize that the customer service agent has very little control over many of my complaints. Unfortunately, they represent their airline and they are On the frontline doing battle every day. Keep up the good work.

As much as I have flown, I have never flown JB. It is nice to know that they are making a profit.

That is the goofiest thing I have ever heard. I am a gold flier on Delta with over two million miles. I have no idea how they determine who gets upgraded and either do they. Only the computer knows. Is this bidding done when you purchase your ticket? Is it a one bid only? I have been on over two thousand airplanes and I do not care anymore. I probably make the upgrade now about 30% of the time. It used to be about 75%. It depends on where you fly. Not long ago I flew a red eye from SEA to ATL and I was like 40th on the list for about 24 seats. Delta has worn me down with their constant changes. I give up, put me in the back with the commoners. Let me fight for luggage space, use dirty restrooms and wait forever as the folks that bring their on all their worldly goods with them disembark the plane. I never thought the airlines could pull off the extra fees but they did it. I am in the very latter part of my traveling career and I have pity on the future travelers of America as t

If you live in the southeast, you will understand this, "one call that's all."

I guess I am not a very good time manager because I can live with current rules. I try not to fly as much as I used to so it is not a big deal to me. Please no cell phones as I am already tired of hearing why some guy's business is bad or why his kid is in jail. I can see guys three deep trying to outshout each other. I guess it would be fun watching the fistfights. I would like access to the Internet using my devices (I don 't want to pay Delta) but I guess my phone or laptop can't pick up the same signals that the airplane.

A simple question, why can airlines sell us Internet access yet we are not allowed to use our own Internet devices on the airplane. There must be an easy answer that I have not heard.

She is such an idiot. I just went through security and their uniforms look fine. More Omama scare tactics.

Hmmm. And I complain about flying in the US. I guess I can live with high airfares, no food or drink, small seats, no storage areas, et cetera.
