I'm a flight student at Lewis University and fly in and out of the airport regularly. The FBO on the field is very friendly and prompt with their services and goes out of their way to fulfill any needs you may have as a pilot or passenger.
Came up to the twin cities for the day and was met with a caring staff who watched the plane as it sat chocked on the ramp. Was offered a crew car however I was meeting people there. Had no issues and the aircraft was topped off prior to arriving back at the FBO and departing.
Flew into Minneapolis for the day and was met with the down to earth people at Thunderbird. The service was great but I ran into trouble when I tried to use my AvCard for fuel. I had previously called ahead and they told me that they accepted this type of fuel payment, however I ended up paying with a credit card when the staff at the desk did not know how to correctly run the card. They also did not sell a TAC chart so I was left with a sectional to use when I gave a tour to the lady that was meeting me there. Overall the staff was overly friendly and they were expedient with any request I had.
Stopped in to purchase sectionals and TAC charts for an upcoming cross country I was going to be flying and the service was excellent. Met at the ramp, the staff answered all the questions I had, and walked me over to the store where I quickly purchased my charts. The aircraft was quickly fueled and I was on my way.
Great place to fly into if you are looking for a bite to eat (Pilot Pete's)! However there was no one on the ramp from the FBO, I had to hunt down someone for fuel, and the office for the FBO was tiny. Was not overly impressed but that I what I expected at such a small airport. Not off putting, but not as nice as others that I've experienced.
Started my flight training here and in all the times that I've flown in and out of Baltimore, I've been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and hard work that Signature has put forth for crews and those that they serve.
Kind of a small facility for a Signature FBO but the overall service was fair to good. It was night time when I stopped in, so the staff might have been tired. In the end my aircraft was fueled, I grabbed a quick bite to eat, and I was on my way.
In the six times that I've flown into the Campaign FBO, I've had nothing but good experiences! The staff is awesome and energetic, I've used the crew car without any hassle, and they're very knowledgeable about the area. On one visit I had to charge my cell phone but forgot to bring my charger so one of the ladies at the front desk went to her car and grabbed a car charger for me to borrow with the crew car, without me even asking. This is definitely one of my favorite FBOs in Illinois.
Flew into the FBO to meet up with an aviation security class for a tour. The staff was very inviting and took us around the entire facility while answering questions for all of us. Didn't get charged a tie down fee for the tour and the gas was very cheap.
