I worked on a lot MU2s in Australia where their also known as the Rice Rocket.
We also had at least 2 prangs with everyone on board killed.
Eventually icing on the belly was found to be the cause.

Great aeroplane fast economical tough enough to land on rough mining dirt strips most of the time, very popular in Australia worked on them for the best part of 20 years, and the -8 engines can keep you on your toes.

Great to see the old timers again, I've worked on all three types in my time and a whole lot more. I would go back to those times in a flash when aviation was hard work but great fun to be part of.
