Delta Boeing 757-300 at Phoenix on Feb 2nd 2018, flaps problem on departure

A Delta Airlines Boeing 757-300, registration N662DN performing flight DL-8943 from Phoenix,AZ to San Antonio,TX (USA) with the basketball team of the Utah Jazz on board, was climbing out of Phoenix when the crew stopped the climb at 11,000 feet reporting a flaps indication problem, the flaps didn't come up all the way.
