What is the device on the horizontal stabilizer?
yeah, what's on the stabilizer?
It's not unusual for airplanes to require extra vertical tail surface area when converted to floats.
Right Blue it is only that it looked like it is parts on horizontal plane instead of vertical cause of the color being the same as that portion of the stabilized.
