It's a very pretty Jetstream 32, but I'm not sure why the operator insists on using a non-existent ICAO code for it, aside for what appears to be a desire to stand out on "originality"? The correct code is JS32, rather than JS3A.
Looks like this airline flies inter-New Zealand.
