BOEING 747-8 —

Boeing B747-8R7F LX-VCL MSN 35823, moved towards the 05R runway for takeoff at Mexico City International Airport. This special aircraft, is the 30th freighter that Cargolux acquired new from Boeing, 36 years after taking delivery of its very first 747-200F. This milestone aircraft is named "Joe Sutter". Father of the 747 in honor of the man who designed the iconic aircaft in the 60´s. Joe Sutter and Cargolux shared a very special relationship cemented by a mutual love of the Queen of the Skies (11/2020).
