If you lose an engine on take-off, just bear right and drop it in the Thames. You want to bend it a little right anyhow to miss the buildings.

If you lost an engine on take off, you'd just carry on normally. Planes are designed for that.

Or the old Meigs Field in Chicago. It was a crime, what was done to that airport. I was a member of AOPA at the time, and to say that people were hot was an understatement. People were livid, understandably. All out of fear, and so his wife's name could be on a flower garden (supposedly). There was no need to destroy that airport. Sad...

Great shot though. It reminds me of the plane I saw take off from Saint Martin. I think they went long, and ended up having to really pull it up. A fun ride was had by all...
