The plane's name is "Islas Malvinas" - otherwise known as the Falklands.
If the activity log is correct it is currently flying shuttles between Italy and Israel.

@Colin Sftel Yes, seems the Argentines will never let that go. Over a bunch of sheep? One has to wonder about the shuttles between Italy and Israel. They have to have diplomatic clearance after all. Interesting...

Yes, Flying from Parita di mare to Telaviv to extract nationals.
KC-130 did 3 flights and returned. The 737 did 6 already and more to come. (4 or 5 probably)
Then from Rome in Aerolineas Argentina's flight to... obviously Argentina. Close to 1500 people to be evacuated.
And yes we are not going to let it go.
