The East Coast VAW squadrons are homeported at NAS Norfolk, not NAS Oceana. Nearby, but not the same.

Cameron, I apologize for the error. I had Norfolk written right in my notes .. and didn't read the notes. Thanks for catching the mistake. I'll make the correction.
