Looks like a Dc-3 mixed with an electra mixed with some modern design
looks like a Percival design
Kudos to the Danes who designed and built this aircraft "Folke Bernadotte" ~70 years ago, and those who now maintain and fly her.
Instead of a DC-3 mixed with an Electra, my guess at "parentage" would be the Beech 18 and the de Havilland DH.89 Dragon Rapide (the upper wing being a recessive trait!).

I was told that this airplane was secretly designed and buildt during WW2..
