Setting the Bar of the term SURVIVOR.
We were married stanbding on the floats of this "Limosine of the Sky" as the manufacturer's promotional materials called it.
I love that one!!!
ICAO and FA database have no type designator for this one-- wonder why? ICAO has them for the 2000 and 4000 but not for the other Travel Air models.
Not your average FA Photo....Love It.
Miracle of engineering... Makes you want to take it apart and see how it works... then put it together and fly it!
That motor just looks powerful! Whole lot of radial going on!
Definitely one to keep.
