It's wonderful to see the paint scheme alive. The MD 500, Ferrari 308GTS, the dobermans Zeus & Apollo, Magnum, Higgins, T.C and Rick will always have a soft spot in my heart
It's neat to know that actor / airman Roger Earl Mosley (who played pilot T.C. in the TV program) was issued his PRIVATE PILOT ROTORCRAFT-HELICOPTER certification in July 1986. Dreams of little boys & girls can come true. What's not to love about helicopters & tropical island adventures :)

Riptide (another TV series from the 80's) featured a Sikorsky S-58T helicopter nicknamed "Screaming Mimi". Aircraft appears to still be in operation (https://flightaware.com/live/flight/N9VY/history)
