Cessna Skylane (N2292G)
Today, Dec30, 2017 at 1.59 (13:59), this "Nazi" Cessna Flew over, those who know what the hell is going on in the sky can figure out what this Cessna is about, the Noise is simply unbelievably horrible, a tiny little shit like this can cause such a notorious noise that you can hear from quite some distance, miles away?.
After I got the pic and video of this "ps" garbage, I checked all the three sites, Flight Aware states no registration and no tracking data, and two other sites plane finder and flight radar 24 has nothing, nada about this?. But it is flying over homes, residential areas and running amok live right now!!, you see the time, date and the ps above!

People can have their flight plans blocked from the public you know. You think the Government is out to kill you yet you are still alive. I'm still alive. Nothing is being sprayed. N22928 was spotted and posted the above pic 2 months ago, by now it is been removed, none of the three tracking site has any data on it, zero data!?. Go figure?

Chris Collinsworth, you are an idiot, you have no cognizance nor you have ability to learn about reality of what is going on today. Targeting is a crime that is ongoing for many years, but it has become a menace after mass surveillance ops been unleashed, it seems like you will never learn and live in your oblivious world!

Unfortunately common way to fly not necessarily means it is the right way of flying, if one has to adhere to the FAA and other rules of flying, suppose to have a flight plan, usage of transponders etc and all the data or information must be logged, not doing so leads to abuse of practice and more!!.
Do you know how many unknown, unidentifiable and rogue helicopters, Cessna and planes flying every day....it is pervasive amount!!..I documented hundreds and multiples of it in the last couple of years alone...!!

You may want to re-read them FARs, flight plans are not required for VFR flights with a few exceptions none of which would cover a please flight around Las Vegas. In fact last I checked transponders are not mandatory either but flying with out one will prohibit one from flying in certain protected airspace. There is also no requirement to allow Flightaware, Flightradar or any other commercial tracking service provide tracking for your aircraft.

However, there does exist a certain "entertainment" value in reading his wild and bizarre postings... ;-)

Flying Day VFR in private operations in uncontrolled airspace is comparable to getting into your car and going for a Sunday drive. Do you need to submit a "driving plan" to do that?
Also, many aircraft do not have data or photos on many websites as nobody has ever taken a picture of that aircraft. Also, as stated before, filing a flight plan for VFR is not illegal, but if it is illegal like you believe it is, then yes they are breaking the law in a way, but does that make them "Nazis"? Does the noise of the aircraft matter (btw you should listen to the "Nazi" Republic XF-84H)? How outrageous can a paranoid stoner get?
I don't think N22928 is the correct tail number, since that is assigned to a glider. Although the photo is blurry, this might actually say N2292G, a Cessna 182 which was traveling from Hemet to Las Vegas on that day.

The actual registration # N2292G??? But today I looked up plane flying around Perris. Just flying no spying.
