This a True Classic and a very rare a/c. It's a Interstate S-1A built in 1941, one of 320 a/c built by the Interstate Aircraft and Engineering Company. You can see a modern version of it as an Artic Tern which is another rare a/c with like less than 40 built It was scheduled back into production.
