it looks like youre right dave,it seems like the same photo has been uploaded by 2 other people on this site with no information on where it was taken or when etc...theres alot more photos on one of the guys pages that seem to be a copy or scanned.flightaware should look into it.

Terry, October 24, 2003 was the last flight of Concord, definitely not 25 years ago
Who ever took the picture it brings back the good old days of the Concorde.
We'll never forget it ! At take off It seems to me a flamingo taking flight .
That I believe was when they were being reired. Looks like it was the one landing at Luton or Bristol.
