Integrity Flight Support – Outstanding Service at CYPK
I had the pleasure of flying into Integrity Flight Support at Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK) with my Piper JetProp on February 26, 2025, and departing on March 2, 2025. From arrival to departure, the service was nothing short of exceptional.
Geoff and his line crew, especially Ryan, went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service. From the moment we landed, our rental car was ready at the plane, making for a seamless transition on the ground. We also experienced a minor medical situation prior to landing, and the staff provided incredible support, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism.
During our stay, Integrity Flight Support arranged for a detailing company to clean the plane and even secured a mechanic to inspect an issue on a Sunday—which ultimately turned out to be nothing, but the effort they made was truly above and beyond.
Beyond the top-tier service, they offer great fuel prices, a nice terminal with a restaurant, and are an airport of entry, making it a convenient and well-equipped stop.
This was an all-around fantastic FBO experience, and I would highly recommend Integrity Flight Support to anyone flying into CYPK or the Vancouver area. I will definitely be returning! Piper Malibu Mirage |
