Wow!! What a great FBO. Flew in to Madera on Sunday. Although not open on the weekends, a call earlier had someone waiting for us at their hanger. In short order, my aircraft was in the hanger, we were treated to snacks and soda, while our luggage was removed from the plane and brought into the pilots lounge. No rental cars establishments are open on Sundays. No problem! The folks at Madera Jet Center let us use one of their cars for the short duration of our stay. And when we were ready to depart Madera, our plane was fueled and on the apron ready to go. The folks there then treated us again with soda, water and snacks and again helped load our luggage into our plane. Madera Jet Center has some of the friendliest, helpful, and professional staff i have ever seen. All of the amenities and services pilots need are there. So if Madera is your final destination, this is the place to stop. And if Madera is not your last stop, but you have been in the air a long time and are ready to call it quits for the day, Madera Jet Center is where you want you house your plane and get the treatment you deserve.
