Called ahead to ensure 100LL was available and to confirm pricing as the field is cash only. After topping off prior to departure, a $40 "handling" fee was added to the fuel bill.
The fueling operation was time consuming and cumbersome. Despite forewarning the operator of a proposed departure time, we ended up waiting 40 minutes beyond that time to get fuel.
