They are most likely going to be looking for a new vocation. If they are lucky, a few of them might get a job in the booming private aviation sector.

It’s a little easier when you don’t pay taxes. But I have wondered why they haven’t found something a bit newer to use for their missions. I know they were gifted this ac years ago but surely the cost saving would be worth an upgrade. Sometimes free is more costly. Ask anyone who got a hand me down Ford Pinto. Lol.

As with so many companies that go on buying sprees to fake growth, think GE or Honeywell, you can only take on so much debt before it becomes crippling. These are usually caused by executive incentive packages that reward C suite management for growth, usually ignoring the debt loads being taken on. Sadly, Learjet should have been left to die years ago. It hasn’t really been competitive for decades, only given a slight lead cost per mile in an industry that doesn’t value that like commercial aviation. It will be sad to see them go nonetheless.

Not sure what happens inside an S duct at supersonic speeds but tri-jets were killed off by ETOPS. As soon as twin engine AC were certified for extended overwater operations, there was little need for the added expense of that third engine.

The company’s business plan is to start with the private 8-12 version as it has been deemed more feasible as a starting point. Larger commercial versions are slated once the platform is proven. I would venture that the commercial version never gets built unless they can show an economical feasibility for airlines to take the risk.

You seem to be the one lacking facts. Oh, and by the way, I actually do have a psychology degree but ethically, I couldn’t diagnose your neurosis from or on a public forum. But it’s safe to say that you derive an unhealthy pleasure from your comments, and reactions to them, on here. So glad I could offer you some pleasure in you time of need.

I’m sorry if my basic knowledge of the law was mistaken by you as an actual law degree. You do know you can actually take other courses in college, right?

If your analysis only results in that simplistic conclusion, no need in furthering this conversation. I truly hope you aren’t a pilot with lack of spatial awareness and planning.

Let me solve you legal questions on the subject. Read your contract of carriage you sign every time you buy a ticket. It’s all in there and you agreed to their right to remove you from their aircraft.
