Seriously? No alchohol served on flights?! You gotta be kidding. How about we hold the individual accountable instead of punishing everyone. This is the same logic I ran into while in the military and it drove me insane. Punish me for his actions and you think that is going to result in increased morale and teamwork... You just made me hate the people I work with even more!! Now you are gonna punish the majority of responsible adults because an assole acted up? Please, rethink this position. You just hurt the responsible individual and the drunks will still get a bottle from Duty Free and end up shitfaced before we hit cruise.

Even if she managed to get on board un-noticed, I’d think, or at least hope, the flight attendant would notice an error in the count. There would certainly be some confusion as to why but they would eventually figure it out. In my experience, the count was done before the doors closed.

I’ve read your post several times and still have no clue what you are getting at. I did smile though, thinking about the crew wearing hairnets and bee-keeper suits. That would make for a fun hand flown approach to minimums. At least the bee that snuck into the cockpit won’t get us!

I flew on Turkish Air only but once, and it was one time too many. While I agree US carriers suck, I can at least breathe on board. That Turkish flight was on a 737 from IST to ADA, not terribly long but the stench on that plane was awful. Not sure if this was a one time type of thing, but I don’t feel the need to try again!
