F/A-18E Super Hornet Landing on a Boat
650 mph approach to carrier break and landing in a F/A-18E Super Hornet. Maneuver referred to by pilots as the "Shit Hot Break". (youtu.be) 기타...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
I can assure you as a current F/A-18 pilot, this maneuver is legitimate. It can probably only be accomplished by the top 1% of all navy pilots due to its extreme difficulty. This video is really well done; nice job!!
Thank you for your service... you ROCK,sunshine!
Girl, You are definitely living the dream!... All the best to you in your career!
Approach does not mean landing. They are separate parts. I think the key phrase is "approach to carrier break" and (then) landing.
I cant wait for this sequester issue to be over with so us dreamers can go see some awesome aerial ballet at our local military airfields. Mine being JBMDL.
Yes, sailors call their "ships" boats and laugh at people who give them the "ship" lecture And, and except for the quick speed in the break this is a normal carrier landing with a bad soundtrack.
