So far, United has cancelled all flights into and out of Houston Intercontinental Airport for Wednesday as Hurricane Laura approaches Texas, and a few flights Tuesday evening have been cancelled as well. cancelling all flights due to a serious weather issue is done by all airlines ..massive cancellations have been done due to covid anyway,and the skies around my home,which is in the flight path for iah,have been very quiet...
This news is one day old. I might suspect Thursday is a "no go" as well, don't know.
